Everything is so Americanised when writing. Let me explain, even now I'm being challenged to change the word 'Americanised', why? It's spelt correctly it's just not American, in fact the dictionary even states ''British variant spelling of Americanized''. Surely it should be the other way around!!
This is not a first but it really does piss me off.
Rant over.

Tell me about it. It took a good chunk off my childhood trying to navigate through the differences.
American variant spelling of Americanised? Nice. Haha.

True on all accounts. Granted many American customs were derived from the British, I suppose that the reason is due to this game being an American game composed by American computer software and subject to American grammar and spelling.

So true, I can't help but write in the Americanized fashion... but Cristo *never* has. He's the only American kid I've actually ever known who always and forever writes in British English. The first thing he does when getting a new mobile device is be sure it's set to "British English". And surprisingly, he's never had an issue with any of his American teachers "correcting" him. They know his angle and don't dare challenge him. It's simply not wrong. It's the first and correct way.
